Dear Parent/Guardian,
The children will be visiting Wooly Ward’s Farm tomorrow.
The children will leave and return by bus. It is very important that the
children arrive on time for school this day as a strict schedule means we will
not be able to wait for anyone. Collection time will be as normal.
It is advised that your child’s bag is emptied of all
school- related objects so that they can bring only what they need for the day.
Please ensure that your child has plenty of water to drink. School lunches will
be provided on the day. The children may bring a treat (no lollipops please).
The weather could be sunny or rainy so please ensure that
you have applied sun cream on your child that morning (teachers are not allowed
to apply sun cream) as they will spend a lot of time outdoors. A sun hat may
also be a help if the weather is sunny. In case it rains, please ensure that
your child has a raincoat. Comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear are a
necessity and you may want to pack a spare set in case of an accident. There is
no need for children to bring money on the day as there will not be a shop.
